Cancellation Policy
At BachBody, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place.
Rescheduling
Events may be eligible for rescheduling more than 2 weeks prior to the event date, depending on availability. Rescheduled events must be completed within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by BachBody. Rescheduling requests made within 2 weeks of the event date may not be accommodated.
Weather & Emergency Policy
In the case of documented extreme weather conditions that prevent the event from safely taking place (such as government-issued travel restrictions or venue closures), BachBody will first offer the option to reschedule the event based on availability.
If rescheduling is not possible, a 25% refund of the total event cost may be issued.
Personal conflicts, guest cancellations, travel delays, or non-weather-related issues do not qualify under this policy.
Booking Cancellations
All payments are fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the scheduled event date.
Beginning 2 weeks prior to the event date, all payments become non-refundable.
This includes the initial deposit and any additional payments made.
Final Headcount
A final headcount is required 2 weeks prior to the event. This allows our team to properly prepare for your class.
Once the final headcount is submitted, that number will be considered the minimum guaranteed attendance for billing purposes.
