Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & DEPOSIT A $500 minimum deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit covers up to 10 guests. GUEST POLICY: GROUP SIZE & HEADCOUNT If you know your final group size at the time of booking, you may add additional guests at checkout. Each additional guest is $49 per person (10+ guests). If you are still finalizing your headcount, no problem. Your final guest count is required 2 weeks before your scheduled class. We will send a reminder 2 weeks prior to confirm your final number and collect any remaining balance. Once the final headcount is confirmed, it cannot be reduced. REMAINING BALANCE & PAYMENT DEADLINES The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks before your event date. Failure to submit final payment by the 2-week deadline may result in cancellation of your booking. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY All payments are fully refundable up to 2 weeks before the scheduled event date. Beginning 2 weeks prior to the event date, all payments become non-refundable. This includes the initial deposit and any additional payments made. WEATHER & EMERGENCY POLICY In the case of documented extreme weather conditions that prevent the event from safely taking place (such as government-issued travel restrictions or venue closure), Bach Body will first offer the option to reschedule based on availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund of the total event cost may be issued. Personal conflicts, guest cancellations, travel delays, or non-weather-related issues do not qualify under this policy.
